THE OPÉRA is an anual magazine for contemporay nude photography, published by the Kerber Verlag. The magazine follow the structure of the classic opera, dividing the content into six chapters, named after the acts.

Bookcovers for Rainald Goetz’ RAVE and Christan Kracht’s FASERLAND. Ongoing series of modern german literature. FASERLAND takes its inspiration from the Barbour jacket of the protagonist, by having a dust cover made from olive Neobond, a waterproof wax jacket-like material, and transforms the plaid pattern of the Jacket into a map, since the book is about a journey through Germany. The dust cover is also inspired by the german passport. RAVE has a dust cover made from black vinyl, since the book is about the acid techno rave scene of the 90s, the bright neon camouflage pattern is inspired by the german Bundeswehr and XTC pills.
REREADING HAVANA is the diploma thesis of two architects that deals with the lack of housing space in Havana and finds possible solutions on how to create new habitats in the disintegrating city. The documentation consits of six booklets, each treating a different topic, like background information about Havana, the principles of their idea, models that show possible ways of reconstruction, sketches etc.

FIGURE OF MOTION is a collection of essays by ten architects and industrial designers focusing on the different ways motion can be portrayed, edited by the Weissenhof-Institute. Motion was incorporated into the book itself by adding small flip book images inspired by Eadweard Muybridge, a pioneer of motion capturing, to the pages, as well as a reflective edging and motion blur to the pictures.

Identity for the Weissenhof-Institute’s symposium that dealt with the question WHAT IS ART AND WHAT IS DESIGN? The main visual is an unidentified pink object, that stands for Art and Design as well. The two-sided flyer could also be used as two posters.

Identity for the DESIGN DAY at the State Academy of Arts Stuttgart. The day was part of the 250 years anniversary of the Academy, so the motto was celebrating Design. A colour code was created for the various events, like a series of lectures or a book release, and glitter and pennants were used to get a festival feeling.

Flyer, poster and catalogue for an exhibition by german artist Lisa Mühleisen, titled CARNEVAL OF THE MINIMALISTS, at the Self Service Open Art Space. The main visual uses personal elements of the artist that influenced her works, and a subtle confetti pattern, an allusion to the title.
